Refund policy

Returns

  • We accept returns only if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size, color, or design chosen by the customer

  • Custom-made or made-to-order items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear


Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the returned item does not meet these conditions.


Return Shipping Cost

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Lost or Delayed Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost packages caused by postal services once the item has been shipped.

  • For untracked shipments, refunds or replacements are generally not available.
