Returns

We accept returns only if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Condition of Returned Items

Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost packages caused by postal services once the item has been shipped.

For untracked shipments, refunds or replacements are generally not available.
